I Went To the "Dinosaurs Live!" Exhibit in Seville So You Don't Have To

Don Loco is a dinosaur kid*, so we went to the Dinosaurs Live! Exhibit at the Pabellón de la Navegación.**

I'd rank it a solid 8.5/10 for preschoolers. The exhibit was about the size of 2 basketball courts, there were 14 giant dinosaurs that moved and roared. A small sandbox area (literally sandboxes) with plastic fossils and paintbrushes so kids can "uncover" fossils, along with a coloring corner.

Don Loco found the dinosaurs a little intimidating. They are very large, they roar loudly, and the lighting is low and dramatic. But still thrilling and worth the 11.50 euros of entry fee for those of us who have gone to dinosaur museums and said, "hmph, it's just bones??"

*Eventually dinosaur kids either grow out of their fascination with dinosaurs...or become paleontologists.

**The Pabellón de Navegación turned out to be a really excellent kid activity
